The Guarantee Stack

Three Promises.
All Enforceable.

Most contractors offer vague assurances. We put specific commitments in writing before the first bolt is torqued.

01

Installation Timeline Guarantee

Miss the date, get your mobilization fee back.

We lock in a handoff date before we break ground. If Ventilate does not deliver a fully operational, code-compliant system by that date — weather delays and owner-caused holds excluded — we refund your mobilization fee in full within 15 business days. No negotiation, no dispute process.

on-time completion rate across 340+ projects

02

First-Year Maintenance Guarantee

One year of fan maintenance, included. No asterisk.

Every installed jet fan, control panel, and ductwork penetration is covered under our First-Year Maintenance Guarantee. If a component fails or underperforms within 12 months of handoff, Ventilate dispatches a crew within 48 hours at zero additional cost. Parts, labor, and return visits included.

48hr

guaranteed dispatch for any post-handoff failure

03

Sensor Calibration Guarantee

CO sensors calibrated to pass inspection, or we come back.

We calibrate every CO and NO₂ sensor to NFPA 88A and local AHJ requirements. If your facility fails a ventilation-related code inspection within 90 days of our handoff, we return, remediate, and re-submit for inspection at no charge. We do not hand off a system we would not stake our license on.

90 days

inspection-failure coverage with free remediation

Three guarantees. Zero risk. One decision left.

How It Works

Four Steps.
No Surprises.

01

Site Survey & CO Mapping

We walk every level with calibrated sensors, log existing airflow patterns, and identify dead zones where exhaust stratifies. You receive a written assessment within 5 business days.

02

Engineered Fan Layout

Our mechanical engineers produce a stamped fan placement drawing, duct routing plan, and CFD airflow simulation — all submitted with your permit application.

03

Scheduled Installation

Crews work in confirmed windows — nights, weekends, phased by level — so the garage stays open during construction. Handoff date is locked at contract signing.

04

Sensor Calibration & Sign-Off

Every CO and NO₂ sensor calibrated, logged, and submitted in a closeout package. We accompany the AHJ inspector and handle all punch list items before final payment.
